PAYMEN T: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items are removed from the premises. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon de fault the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions and will be charged 25% of bid price or $500\, whichever is greater\, and the merchandise will be forfeited back to O’Connor Auction Group. Accepted payment types wi ll be cash\, good personal check\, and credit/debit card. We R eserve the right to hold merchandise until checks are approv ed by your bank. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max bi d. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified as other bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the reserve . The auction will begin closing at the time listed\, at the rate of 8 lots per minute. This auction has what is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will not close u ntil all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are plac ed within the last 5 minutes of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat id le for 2 minutes.
