  fee for all credit/debit card purchases. All items will be 
 sold “as is\, where is”. The bidder is responsible for e
 xamining all items. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to 
 determine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other de
 terminative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or ref
 unds will be given. All items must be paid for prior to remo
 ving them from the premises. The winning bidder is in charge
  of pick up on the date listed. Shipping is not available. 
 There will be no help available for loading. Please bring yo
 ur own boxes/totes to load your items in\; auction lots will 
 not be boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picked up durin
 g scheduled pickup times. Any items not picked up will be ch
 arged a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Auc
 tion Group business office. Any items remaining after 30 day
 s of auction close are considered forfeited and become prope

 PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the ite
 ms are removed from the premises. Any invoice which is not p
 aid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. U
 pon default the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Au
 ction Group auctions and will be charged 25% of bid price or
  $500\, whichever is greater\, and the merchandise will be for
 feited back to O’Connor Auction Group. Accepted payment ty
 pes will be cash\, good personal check\, and credit/debit card
 . We Reserve the right to hold merchandise until checks are 
 approved by your bank. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max b
 id the current bid price doesn’t automatically go to your 
 max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your max

 alled an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will not c
 lose until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids ar
 e placed within the last 5 minutes of the items closing\, th
 e bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has 
 sat idle for 2 minutes. O’Connor Auction Group is providi
 ng internet as a service to bidder. Bidder acknowledges and 
 understands that this service may or may not function correc
 tly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bid
 der have any kind of claim against O’Connor Auction Group 
 or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correct

 up will not be responsible for any missed bids from the sour
