 a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid pri
 ce. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. The
 re will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card 
 purchases. All items will be sold “as is\, where is”. Th
 e bidder is responsible for examining all items. It is the 
 Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition\, age\, genui
 neness\, value or any other determinative factor. ALL SALES 
 ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. All items m
 ust be paid for prior to removing them from the premises. Th
 e winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the date listed.
  Shipping is not available. There will be no help available
  for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load your
  items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Ite
 ms need to be picked up during scheduled pickup times. Any i
 tems not picked up will be charged a MINIMUM of $20 to tra
 nsport back to O’Connor Auction Group business office. Any
  items remaining after 30 days of auction close are consider
 ed forfeited and become property of O’Connor Auction Group
 . NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST
 " be paid for before the items are removed from the premise
 s. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled
  pickup will be in default. Upon default the bidder will be 
 black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions and will b
 e charged 25% of bid price or $500\, whichever is greater\, an
 d the merchandise will be forfeited back to O’Connor Aucti
 on Group. Accepted payment types will be cash\, good personal
  check\, and credit/debit card. We Reserve the right to hold 
 merchandise until checks are approved by your bank. BIDDING 
 INFO: When you place a max bid the current bid price doesn�
 ��t automatically go to your max bid. The computer will auto
 matically bid up to your max in the increments specified as 
 other bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot with rese
 rve\, it can bid against the reserve. The auction will begin 
 closing at the time listed\, at the rate of 8 lots per minut
 e. This auction has what is called an auto extend feature\, m
 eaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties 
 are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last 5 min
 utes of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2
  minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. O’Co
 nnor Auction Group is providing internet as a service to bid
 der. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service m
 ay or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Und
 er no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim agai
 nst O’Connor Auction Group or anyone else if the Internet 
 service fails to work correctly before or during the live au
 ction. O’Connor Auction Group will not be responsible for 
 any missed bids from the source. Internet bidders who desire
  to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pr
 oxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours bef
