 remium and sales tax added to the final bid price. The buyer
 ’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There will be a 
 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purchases. Al
 l items will be sold “as is\, where is”. The bidder is r
 esponsible for examining all items. It is the Bidder’s re
 sponsibility to determine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value
  or any other determinative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. N
 o credits or refunds will be given. All items must be paid f
 or prior to removing them from the premises. The winning bid
 der is in charge of pick up on the date listed. Shipping is
  not available. There will be no help available for loading.
  Please bring your own boxes/totes to load your items in\; au
 ction lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Items need to be
  picked up during scheduled pickup times. Any items not pick
 ed up will be charged a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back t
 o O’Connor Auction Group business office. Any items remain
 ing after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited 
 and become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS
  WILL BE GIVEN. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for
  before the items are removed from the premises. Any invoic
 e which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will 
 be in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed 
 on O’Connor Auction Group auctions and will be charged 25%
  of bid price or $500\, whichever is greater\, and the merchan
 dise will be forfeited back to O’Connor Auction Group. Acc
 epted payment types will be cash\, good personal check\, and c
 redit/debit card. We Reserve the right to hold merchandise u
 ntil checks are approved by your bank. BIDDING INFO: When y
 ou place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t automatic
 ally go to your max bid. The computer will automatically bid
  up to your max in the increments specified as other bidders
  place bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can b
 id against the reserve. The auction will begin closing at th
 e time listed\, at the rate of 8 lots per minute. This aucti
 on has what is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the au
 ction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied
 . If any bids are placed within the last 5 minutes of the i
 tems closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes unt
 il the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. O’Connor Auction 
 Group is providing internet as a service to bidder. Bidder a
 cknowledges and understands that this service may or may not
  function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circums
 tances shall bidder have any kind of claim against O’Conno
 r Auction Group or anyone else if the Internet service fails
  to work correctly before or during the live auction. O’Co
 nnor Auction Group will not be responsible for any missed bi
 ds from the source. Internet bidders who desire to make cert
 ain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding f
 eature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the aucti
