 RIOR TO PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER
  INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND
  REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a
  10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid pric
 e. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. Ther
 e will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card p
 urchases. All items will be sold “as is\, where is”. The
  bidder is responsible for examining all items. It is the B
 idder’s responsibility to determine condition\, age\, genuin
 eness\, value or any other determinative factor. ALL SALES A
 RE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. All items mu
 st be paid for prior to removing them from the premises. The
  winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the date listed.�
 �Shipping is not available. There will be no help available 
 for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load your 
 items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Item
 s need to be picked up during scheduled pickup times. Any it
 ems not picked up will be charged a MINIMUM of $20 to tran
 sport back to O’Connor Auction Group business office. Any 
 items remaining after 30 days of auction close are considere
 d forfeited and become property of O’Connor Auction Group.
  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST"
  be paid for before the items are removed from the premises
 . Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled 
 pickup will be in default. Upon default the bidder will be b
 lack listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING IN
 FO: When you place a max bid the current bid price doesn’
 t automatically go to your max bid. The computer will automa
 tically bid up to your max in the increments specified as ot
 her bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserv
 e\, it can bid against the reserve. The auction will begin cl
 osing at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minut
 e depending on size of auction\, This auction has what is cal
 led an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will not clo
 se until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are 
 placed within the last  minute of the items closing\, the bi
 d on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat
