ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WI

GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax adde
d to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if th
e item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for
all credit/debit card purchases. All items will be sold “
as is\, where is”. The bidder is responsible for examining
all items. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine
condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other determinati
ve factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will
be given. All items must be paid for prior to removing them
from the premises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick
up on the date listed. Shipping is not available. There wil
l be no help available for loading. Please bring your own bo
xes/totes to load your items in\; auction lots will not be bo
xed ahead of time. Items need to be picked up during schedul
ed pickup times. Any items not picked up will be charged a
MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Auction Grou
p business office. Any items remaining after 30 days of auct
ion close are considered forfeited and become property of O
Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAYMENT:
All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items are re
moved from the premises. Any invoice which is not paid by th
e end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon defau
lt the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Gro
up auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the cur
rent bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. T
he computer will automatically bid up to your max in the inc
rements specified as other bidders place bids or\, in the eve
nt of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. Th
e auction will begin closing at the time listed\, at the rate
of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auction\, This
auction has what is called an auto extend feature\, meaning t
he auction will not close until all bidding parties are sati
sfied. If any bids are placed within the last minute of th
e items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes
