 TO PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO
  A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REAL
 TY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% 
 buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid price. Th
 e buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There wil
 l be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purcha
 ses. All items will be sold “as is\, where is”. The bidd
 er is responsible for examining all items. It is the Bidder
 ’s responsibility to determine condition\, age\, genuineness
 \, value or any other determinative factor. ALL SALES ARE FI
 NAL. No credits or refunds will be given. All items must be
  paid for prior to removing them from the premises. The winn
 ing bidder is in charge of pick up on the date listed. Ship
 ping is not available. There will be no help available for l
 oading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load your items
  in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Items nee
 d to be picked up during scheduled pickup times. Any items n
 ot picked up will be charged to credit card on file and a M
 INIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Auction Group
  business office. Any items remaining after 30 days of aucti
 on close are considered forfeited and become property of O�
 �Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAYMENT: 
 All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items are rem
 oved from the premises. Any invoice which is not paid by the
  end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon defaul
 t the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Grou
 p auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the curr
 ent bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. Th
 e computer will automatically bid up to your max in the incr
 ements specified as other bidders place bids or\, in the even
 t of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. The
  auction will begin closing at the time listed\, at the rate 
 of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auction\, This a
 uction has what is called an auto extend feature\, meaning th
 e auction will not close until all bidding parties are satis
 fied. If any bids are placed within the last  minute of the
  items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes u
