 NS PRIOR TO PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BI
 DDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES
  AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will 
 be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid 
 price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. 
 There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit ca
 rd purchases. All items will be sold “as is\, where is”.
  The bidder is responsible for examining all items. It is t
 he Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition\, age\, ge
 nuineness\, value or any other determinative factor. ALL SAL
 ES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. All item
 s must be paid for prior to removing them from the premises.
  The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the date list
 ed. Shipping is not available. There will be no help availa
 ble for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load y
 our items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time. 
 Items need to be picked up during scheduled pickup times. An
 y items not picked up will be charged to credit card on file
  and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Auct
 ion Group business office. Any items remaining after 30 days
  of auction close are considered forfeited and become proper
 ty of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. P
 AYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the item
 s are removed from the premises. Any invoice which is not pa
 id by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Up
 on default the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auc
 tion Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid
  the current bid price doesn’t automatically go to your ma
 x bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in
  the increments specified as other bidders place bids or\, in
  the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the res
 erve. The auction will begin closing at the time listed\, at 
 the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auctio
 n\, This auction has what is called an auto extend feature\, m
 eaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties 
 are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last  minu
 te of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 
 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. O’Conn
