  PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A
  LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY
 \, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% bu
 yer premium and sales tax added to the final bid price. The 
 buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There will 
 be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purchase
 s. All items will be sold “as is\, where is”. The bidder
  is responsible for examining all items. It is the Bidder�
 �s responsibility to determine condition\, age\, genuineness\, 
 value or any other determinative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINA
 L. No credits or refunds will be given. All items must be p
 aid for prior to removing them from the premises. The winnin
 g bidder is in charge of pick up on the date listed. Shippi
 ng is not available. There will be no help available for loa
 ding. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load your items i
 n\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Items need 
 to be picked up during scheduled pickup times. Any items not
  picked up will be charged to credit card on file and a MIN
 IMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Auction Group b
 usiness office. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction
  close are considered forfeited and become property of O’C
 onnor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAYMENT: Al
 l merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items are remov
 ed from the premises. Any invoice which is not paid by the e
 nd of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon default 
 the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group 
 auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the curren
 t bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The 
 computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increm
 ents specified as other bidders place bids or\, in the event 
 of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. The a
 uction will begin closing at the time listed\, at the rate of
  4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auction\, This auc
 tion has what is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the 
 auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfi
 ed. If any bids are placed within the last  minute of the i
 tems closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes unt
