 ONDITIONS PRIOR TO PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS
  THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNO
 R SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. Ther
 e will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the fin
 al bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is ta
 xable. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/d
 ebit card purchases. All items will be sold “as is\, where
  is”. The bidder is responsible for examining all items. 
 It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition\, 
 age\, genuineness\, value or any other determinative factor. 
 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. A
 ll items must be paid for prior to removing them from the pr
 emises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the da
 te listed. Shipping is not available. There will be no help
  available for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to
  load your items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of
  time. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pickup ti
 mes. Any items not picked up will be charged to credit card 
 on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Conn
 or Auction Group business office. Any items remaining after 
 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and become
  property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE G
 IVEN. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before t
 he items are removed from the premises. Any invoice which is
  not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in defa
 ult. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on O’Con
 nor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a 
 max bid the current bid price doesn’t automatically go to 
 your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your
  max in the increments specified as other bidders place bids
  or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against 
 the reserve. The auction will begin closing at the time list
 ed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of
  auction\, This auction has what is called an auto extend fea
 ture\, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding p
 arties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last
   minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset
  to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. O
