 ded to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if 
 the item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee fo
 r all credit/debit card purchases. All items will be sold �
 ��as is\, where is”. The bidder is responsible for examinin
 g all items. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determi
 ne condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other determina
 tive factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds wi
 ll be given. All items must be paid for prior to removing th
 em from the premises. The winning bidder is in charge of pic
 k up on the date listed. Shipping is not available. There w
 ill be no help available for loading. Please bring your own 
 boxes/totes to load your items in\; auction lots will not be 
 boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picked up during sched
 uled pickup times. Any items not picked up will be charged t
 o credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport ba
 ck to O’Connor Auction Group business office. Any items re
 maining after 30 days of auction close are considered forfei
 ted and become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REF
 UNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid
  for before the items are removed from the premises. Any in
 voice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup w
 ill be in default. Upon default the bidder will be black lis
 ted on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: Whe
 n you place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t automa
 tically go to your max bid. The computer will automatically 
 bid up to your max in the increments specified as other bidd
 ers place bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it ca
 n bid against the reserve. The auction will begin closing at
  the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depend
 ing on size of auction\, This auction has what is called an a
 uto extend feature\, meaning the auction will not close until
  all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed w
 ithin the last  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot
 (s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for
