 D. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BI
 NDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O
 ’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer premium a
 nd sales tax added to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee
  is taxable if the item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% con
 venience fee for all credit/debit card purchases. All items 
 will be sold “as is\, where is" and with all faults.  The
  bidder is responsible for examining all items. It is the B
 idder’s responsibility to determine condition\, age\, genuin
 eness\, value or any other determinative factor. ALL SALES A
 RE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. All items mu
 st be paid for prior to removing them from the premises. The
  winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the date listed.Â
  Shipping is not available. There will be no help available 
 for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load your 
 items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Item
 s need to be picked up during scheduled pickup times. Any it
 ems not picked up will be charged to credit card on file and
  a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Auction 
 Group business office. Any items remaining after 30 days of 
 auction close are considered forfeited and become property o
 f O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAYME
 NT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items ar
 e removed from the premises. Any invoice which is not paid b
 y the end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon d
 efault the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction
  Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the
  current bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max bi
 d. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the
  increments specified as other bidders place bids or\, in the
  event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the reserve
 . The auction will begin closing at the time listed\, at the 
 rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auction\, T
 his auction has what is called an auto extend feature\, meani
 ng the auction will not close until all bidding parties are 
 satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last  minute o
 f the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minu
 tes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties 
 unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and 
 "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were
  available for inspection prior to the auction and\, by these
  terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to carefully i
 nspect each lot in which the bidder had any interest to dete
 rmine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity and siz
 e. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspection and not on
  information listed in the catalog\, or otherwise provided by
  Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to in
 spect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherwise be ful
 ly informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quan
 tity\, and size will not constitute ground for any claim\, adj
 ustment\, refund\, termination of the contract for sale\, or re
 fusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral st
 atements about the merchandise in a lot that was purchased b
 y bidder and which is the subject of a contact for sale wit
 h seller. f. Such statements do NOT constitute warranties of
  any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\,
  and are NOT part fo the contract for sale. g. The entire co
 ntract for sale is embodied in these written terms. h. These
  written terms constitute the final expression of the partie
 s' agreement and a complete and exclusive statement of the t
 erms of the contract for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF 
 MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND AL
 L OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFI
 CALLY EXCLUDED from this contract for sale and transaction a
 nd shall NOT apply to the merchandise that is subject of thi
