PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST " be paid for before the items are removed from the premise s. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING I NFO: When you place a max bid the current bid price doesn†™t automatically go to your max bid. The computer will autom atically bid up to your max in the increments specified as o ther bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot with reser ve\, it can bid against the reserve. The auction will begin c losing at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minu te depending on size of auction\, This auction has what is ca lled an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will not cl ose until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last  minute of the items closing\, the b id on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally agree: a. Auctioneer may have made oral statements about the merchan dise in a lot that was purchased by bidder and which is the subject of a contact for sale with seller. f.
