LTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10%
buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid price. T
he buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There wi
ll be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purch
ases. All items will be sold “as is\, where is" and with a
ll faults. The bidder is responsible for examining all ite
ms. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condit
ion\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other determinative fact
or. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be giv
en. All items must be paid for prior to removing them from t
he premises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on t
he date listed. Shipping is not available. There will be no
help available for loading. Please bring your own boxes/tot
es to load your items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahe
ad of time. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pick
up times. Any items not picked up will be charged to credit
card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to Oâ€
™Connor Auction Group business office. Any items remaining a
fter 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and b
ecome property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL
BE GIVEN. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for bef
ore the items are removed from the premises. Any invoice whi
ch is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in
default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on Oâ
€™Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO:Â When you pla
ce a max bid the current bid price doesn’t automatically g
o to your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to
your max in the increments specified as other bidders place
bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid aga
inst the reserve. The auction will begin closing at the time
listed\, at the rate of 4-8Â lots per minute depending on si
ze of auction\, This auction has what is called an auto exten
d feature\, meaning the auction will not close until all bidd
ing parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the
last  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will
reset to 2Â minutes until the item has sat idle for 2Â minut
es. The parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be s
old "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges th
at all lots were available for inspection prior to the aucti
on and\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidde
r to carefully inspect each lot in which the bidder had any
interest to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\,
quantity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspe
ction and not on information listed in the catalog\, or other
wise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bid
der failed to inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or
otherwise be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\,
condition\, quantity\, and size will not constitute ground fo
r any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of the contract
for sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may h
ave made oral statements about the merchandise in a lot that
was purchased by bidder and which is the subject of a cont
act for sale with seller. f. Such statements do NOT constitu
te warranties of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied
upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contract for sale.
g. The entire contract for sale is embodied in these written
terms. h. These written terms constitute the final expressi
on of the parties' agreement and a complete and exclusive st
atement of the terms of the contract for sale. i. The IMPLIE
D WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPL
IED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this contract for sale a
nd transaction and shall NOT apply to the merchandise that i
