 ID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND B
 INDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba 
 O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer premium 
 and sales tax added to the final bid price. The buyer’s fe
 e is taxable if the item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% co
 nvenience fee for all credit/debit card purchases. All items
  will be sold “as is\, where is" and with all faults.  Th
 e bidder is responsible for examining all items. It is the 
 Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition\, age\, genui
 neness\, value or any other determinative factor. ALL SALES 
 ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. All items m
 ust be paid for prior to removing them from the premises. Th
 e winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the date listed.
  Shipping is not available. There will be no help available
  for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load your
  items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Ite
 ms need to be picked up during scheduled pickup times. Any i
 tems not picked up will be charged to credit card on file an
 d a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Auction
  Group business office. Any items remaining after 30 days of
  auction close are considered forfeited and become property 
 of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAYM
 ENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items a
 re removed from the premises. Any invoice which is not paid 
 by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon 
 default the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auctio
 n Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid th
 e current bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max b
 id. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in th
 e increments specified as other bidders place bids or\, in th
 e event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the reserv
 e. The auction will begin closing at the time listed\, at the
  rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auction\, 
 This auction has what is called an auto extend feature\, mean
 ing the auction will not close until all bidding parties are
  satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last  minute 
 of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 min
 utes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties
  unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and
  "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots wer
 e available for inspection prior to the auction and\, by thes
 e terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to carefully 
 inspect each lot in which the bidder had any interest to det
 ermine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity and si
 ze. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspection and not o
 n information listed in the catalog\, or otherwise provided b
 y Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to i
 nspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherwise be fu
 lly informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, qua
 ntity\, and size will not constitute ground for any claim\, ad
 justment\, refund\, termination of the contract for sale\, or r
 efusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral s
 tatements about the merchandise in a lot that was purchased 
 by bidder and which is the subject of a contact for sale wi
 th seller. f. Such statements do NOT constitute warranties o
 f any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidder
 \, and are NOT part fo the contract for sale. g. The entire c
 ontract for sale is embodied in these written terms. h. Thes
 e written terms constitute the final expression of the parti
 es' agreement and a complete and exclusive statement of the 
 terms of the contract for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
