 ERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY I
 TEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH
  O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION G
 ROUP. There will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added 
 to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the 
 item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for al
 l credit/debit card purchases. All items will be sold “as
  is\, where is" and with all faults.  The bidder is responsi
 ble for examining all items. It is the Bidder’s responsib
 ility to determine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any
  other determinative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credi
 ts or refunds will be given. All items must be paid for prio
 r to removing them from the premises. The winning bidder is 
 in charge of pick up on the date listed. Shipping is not av
 ailable. There will be no help available for loading. Please
  bring your own boxes/totes to load your items in\; auction l
 ots will not be boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picked
  up during scheduled pickup times. Any items not picked up w
 ill be charged to credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20
  to transport back to O’Connor Auction Group business offi
 ce. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are c
 onsidered forfeited and become property of O’Connor Auctio
 n Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAYMENT: All merchandis
 e "MUST" be paid for before the items are removed from the 
 premises. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the sc
 heduled pickup will be in default. Upon default the bidder w
 ill be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BI
 DDING INFO: When you place a max bid the current bid price 
 doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The computer wil
 l automatically bid up to your max in the increments specifi
 ed as other bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot wit
 h reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. The auction will 
 begin closing at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots p
 er minute depending on size of auction\, This auction has wha
 t is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will
  not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any b
 ids are placed within the last  minute of the items closing
 \, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item 
 has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally agr
 ee: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." 
 b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were available for insp
 ection prior to the auction and\, by these terms\, auctioneer 
 strongly encouraged bidder to carefully inspect each lot in 
 which the bidder had any interest to determine the lot's nat
 ure\, quality\, condition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied
  solely on personal inspection and not on information listed
  in the catalog\, or otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, its st
 aff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect any lot\, thi
 s failure to inspect\, or otherwise be fully informed as to t
 he lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and size will
  not constitute ground for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, te
 rmination of the contract for sale\, or refusal to close the 
 sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral statements about the 
 merchandise in a lot that was purchased by bidder and which 
 is the subject of a contact for sale with seller. f. Such s
 tatements do NOT constitute warranties of any kind by the se
 ller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part f
 o the contract for sale. g. The entire contract for sale is 
 embodied in these written terms. h. These written terms cons
 titute the final expression of the parties' agreement and a 
 complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the contrac
 t for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
  FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\,
  EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from
  this contract for sale and transaction and shall NOT apply
