 IONS PRIOR TO PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE 
 BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SAL
 ES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There wil
 l be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bi
 d price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable
 . There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit 
 card purchases. All items will be sold “as is\, where is" 
 and with all faults.  The bidder is responsible for examini
 ng all items. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determ
 ine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other determin
 ative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds w
 ill be given. All items must be paid for prior to removing t
 hem from the premises. The winning bidder is in charge of pi
 ck up on the date listed. Shipping is not available. There 
 will be no help available for loading. Please bring your own
  boxes/totes to load your items in\; auction lots will not be
  boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picked up during sche
 duled pickup times. Any items not picked up will be charged 
 to credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport b
 ack to O’Connor Auction Group business office. Any items r
 emaining after 30 days of auction close are considered forfe
 ited and become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO RE
 FUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be pai
 d for before the items are removed from the premises. Any i
 nvoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup 
 will be in default. Upon default the bidder will be black li
 sted on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: Wh
 en you place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t autom
 atically go to your max bid. The computer will automatically
  bid up to your max in the increments specified as other bid
 ders place bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it c
 an bid against the reserve. The auction will begin closing a
 t the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depen
 ding on size of auction\, This auction has what is called an 
 auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will not close unti
 l all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed 
 within the last  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lo
 t(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle fo
 r 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot
  will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder ackno
 wledges that all lots were available for inspection prior to
  the auction and\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly encour
 aged bidder to carefully inspect each lot in which the bidde
 r had any interest to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, c
 ondition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on pers
 onal inspection and not on information listed in the catalog
 \, or otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller.
  d. If bidder failed to inspect any lot\, this failure to in
 spect\, or otherwise be fully informed as to the lot's nature
 \, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and size will not constitute
  ground for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of th
 e contract for sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctio
 neer may have made oral statements about the merchandise in 
 a lot that was purchased by bidder and which is the subjectÂ
  of a contact for sale with seller. f. Such statements do NO
 T constitute warranties of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT
  be relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contract 
 for sale. g. The entire contract for sale is embodied in the
 se written terms. h. These written terms constitute the fina
 l expression of the parties' agreement and a complete and ex
 clusive statement of the terms of the contract for sale. i. 
 The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A 
 PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESS
 ED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this contract 
 for sale and transaction and shall NOT apply to the merchand
