 0% buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid price.
  The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There 
 will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card pur
 chases. All items will be sold “as is\, where is" and with
  all faults.  The bidder is responsible for examining all i
 tems. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine cond
 ition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other determinative fa
 ctor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be g
 iven. All items must be paid for prior to removing them from
  the premises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on
  the date listed. Shipping is not available. There will be 
 no help available for loading. Please bring your own boxes/t
 otes to load your items in\; auction lots will not be boxed a
 head of time. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pi
 ckup times. Any items not picked up will be charged to credi
 t card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O
 ’Connor Auction Group business office. Any items remaining
  after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and
  become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WI
 LL BE GIVEN. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for b
 efore the items are removed from the premises. Any invoice w
 hich is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be 
 in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on 
 O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you p
 lace a max bid the current bid price doesn’t automatically
  go to your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up 
 to your max in the increments specified as other bidders pla
 ce bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid a
 gainst the reserve. The auction will begin closing at the ti
 me listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on 
 size of auction\, This auction has what is called an auto ext
 end feature\, meaning the auction will not close until all bi
 dding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within t
 he last  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) wil
 l reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 min
 utes. The parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be
  sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges 
 that all lots were available for inspection prior to the auc
 tion and\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bid
 der to carefully inspect each lot in which the bidder had an
 y interest to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition
 \, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal ins
 pection and not on information listed in the catalog\, or oth
 erwise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If b
 idder failed to inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, o
 r otherwise be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, qualit
 y\, condition\, quantity\, and size will not constitute ground 
 for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of the contra
 ct for sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may
  have made oral statements about the merchandise in a lot th
 at was purchased by bidder and which is the subject of a co
 ntact for sale with seller. f. Such statements do NOT consti
 tute warranties of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be reli
 ed upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contract for sale
 . g. The entire contract for sale is embodied in these writt
 en terms. h. These written terms constitute the final expres
 sion of the parties' agreement and a complete and exclusive 
 statement of the terms of the contract for sale. i. The IMPL
 IED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICUL
 AR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IM
 PLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this contract for sale
  and transaction and shall NOT apply to the merchandise that
