 CING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEG
 AL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, IN
 C.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer 
 premium and sales tax added to the final bid price. The buye
 r’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There will be a
  3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purchases. A
 ll items will be sold “as is\, where is" and with all faul
 ts.  The bidder is responsible for examining all items. It
  is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition\, ag
 e\, genuineness\, value or any other determinative factor. AL
 L SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. All
  items must be paid for prior to removing them from the prem
 ises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the date
  listed. Shipping is not available. There will be no help a
 vailable for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to l
 oad your items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of t
 ime. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pickup time
 s. Any items not picked up will be charged to credit card on
  file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor
  Auction Group business office. Any items remaining after 30
  days of auction close are considered forfeited and become p
 roperty of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIV
 EN. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the
  items are removed from the premises. Any invoice which is n
 ot paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in defaul
 t. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on O’Conno
 r Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a ma
 x bid the current bid price doesn’t automatically go to yo
 ur max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your m
 ax in the increments specified as other bidders place bids o
 r\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against th
 e reserve. The auction will begin closing at the time listed
 \, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of a
 uction\, This auction has what is called an auto extend featu
 re\, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding par
 ties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last Â
  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset t
 o 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The
  parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS
  IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all 
 lots were available for inspection prior to the auction and\,
  by these terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to ca
 refully inspect each lot in which the bidder had any interes
 t to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantit
 y and size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspection a
 nd not on information listed in the catalog\, or otherwise pr
 ovided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder fai
 led to inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherwi
 se be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condit
 ion\, quantity\, and size will not constitute ground for any c
 laim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of the contract for sa
 le\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have mad
 e oral statements about the merchandise in a lot that was pu
 rchased by bidder and which is the subject of a contact for
  sale with seller. f. Such statements do NOT constitute warr
 anties of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon b
 y bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contract for sale. g. The 
 entire contract for sale is embodied in these written terms.
  h. These written terms constitute the final expression of t
 he parties' agreement and a complete and exclusive statement
  of the terms of the contract for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRA
 NTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOS
 E\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, AR
 E SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this contract for sale and tran
 saction and shall NOT apply to the merchandise that is subje
