  PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A
  LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY
 \, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% bu
 yer premium and sales tax added to the final bid price. The 
 buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There will 
 be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purchase
 s. All items will be sold “as is\, where is" and with all 
 faults.  The bidder is responsible for examining all items.
  It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition
 \, age\, genuineness\, value or any other determinative factor.
  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given.
  All items must be paid for prior to removing them from the 
 premises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the 
 date listed. Shipping is not available. There will be no he
 lp available for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes 
 to load your items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead 
 of time. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pickup 
 times. Any items not picked up will be charged to credit car
 d on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Co
 nnor Auction Group business office. Any items remaining afte
 r 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and beco
 me property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE
  GIVEN. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before
  the items are removed from the premises. Any invoice which 
 is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in de
 fault. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on O’C
 onnor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place 
 a max bid the current bid price doesn’t automatically go t
 o your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to yo
 ur max in the increments specified as other bidders place bi
 ds or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid agains
 t the reserve. The auction will begin closing at the time li
 sted\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size 
 of auction\, This auction has what is called an auto extend f
 eature\, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding
  parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the la
 st  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will res
 et to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes.
  The parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold
  "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that 
 all lots were available for inspection prior to the auction 
 and\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder t
 o carefully inspect each lot in which the bidder had any int
 erest to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, qua
 ntity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspecti
 on and not on information listed in the catalog\, or otherwis
 e provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder
  failed to inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or oth
 erwise be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, co
 ndition\, quantity\, and size will not constitute ground for a
 ny claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of the contract fo
 r sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have
  made oral statements about the merchandise in a lot that wa
 s purchased by bidder and which is the subject of a contact
  for sale with seller. f. Such statements do NOT constitute 
 warranties of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied up
 on by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contract for sale. g. 
 The entire contract for sale is embodied in these written te
 rms. h. These written terms constitute the final expression 
 of the parties' agreement and a complete and exclusive state
 ment of the terms of the contract for sale. i. The IMPLIED W
 ARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PU
 RPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED
 \, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this contract for sale and 
 transaction and shall NOT apply to the merchandise that is s
