There will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee i s taxable if the item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% conve nience fee for all credit/debit card purchases. Any items remaining after 30 days of au ction close are considered forfeited and become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAYMENT : All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items are removed from the premises. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon def ault the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction G roup auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the c urrent bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the i ncrements specified as other bidders place bids or\, in the e vent of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. The auction will begin closing at the time listed\, at the ra te of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auction\, Thi s auction has what is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are sa tisfied. If any bids are placed within the last  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minute s until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties un conditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "W ITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were a vailable for inspection prior to the auction and\, by these t erms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to carefully ins pect each lot in which the bidder had any interest to determ ine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspection and not on i nformation listed in the catalog\, or otherwise provided by A uctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to insp ect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherwise be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quanti ty\, and size will not constitute ground for any claim\, adjus tment\, refund\, termination of the contract for sale\, or refu sal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral stat ements about the merchandise in a lot that was purchased by bidder and which is the subject of a contact for sale with seller. f. Such statements do NOT constitute warranties of a ny kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, a nd are NOT part fo the contract for sale. g. The entire cont ract for sale is embodied in these written terms. h.
