 NDITIONS PRIOR TO PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS 
 THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR
  SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There
  will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the fina
 l bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is tax
 able. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/de
 bit card purchases. All items will be sold “as is\, where 
 is" and with all faults.  The bidder is responsible for exa
 mining all items. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to de
 termine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other dete
 rminative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refun
 ds will be given. All items must be paid for prior to removi
 ng them from the premises. The winning bidder is in charge o
 f pick up on the date listed. Shipping is not available. Th
 ere will be no help available for loading. Please bring your
  own boxes/totes to load your items in\; auction lots will no
 t be boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picked up during 
 scheduled pickup times. Any items not picked up will be char
 ged to credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transpo
 rt back to O’Connor Auction Group business office. Any ite
 ms remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered f
 orfeited and become property of O’Connor Auction Group. N
 O REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be
  paid for before the items are removed from the premises. A
 ny invoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pic
 kup will be in default. Upon default the bidder will be blac
 k listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO:
  When you place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t a
 utomatically go to your max bid. The computer will automatic
 ally bid up to your max in the increments specified as other
  bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, 
 it can bid against the reserve. The auction will begin closi
 ng at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute d
 epending on size of auction\, This auction has what is called
  an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will not close 
 until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are pla
 ced within the last  minute of the items closing\, the bid o
 n lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idl
 e for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally agree: a. Each
  lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder a
 cknowledges that all lots were available for inspection prio
 r to the auction and\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly en
 couraged bidder to carefully inspect each lot in which the b
 idder had any interest to determine the lot's nature\, qualit
 y\, condition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on 
 personal inspection and not on information listed in the cat
 alog\, or otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or sel
 ler. d. If bidder failed to inspect any lot\, this failure t
 o inspect\, or otherwise be fully informed as to the lot's na
 ture\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and size will not consti
 tute ground for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination o
 f the contract for sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Au
 ctioneer may have made oral statements about the merchandise
  in a lot that was purchased by bidder and which is the subj
 ect of a contact for sale with seller. f. Such statements d
 o NOT constitute warranties of any kind by the seller\, shall
  NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contr
 act for sale. g. The entire contract for sale is embodied in
  these written terms. h. These written terms constitute the 
 final expression of the parties' agreement and a complete an
