 R TO PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER IN
 TO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND RE
 ALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10
 % buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid price. 
 The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There w
 ill be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purc
 hases. All items will be sold “as is\, where is" and with 
 all faults.  The bidder is responsible for examining all it
 ems. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condi
 tion\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other determinative fac
 tor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be gi
 ven. All items must be paid for prior to removing them from 
 the premises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on 
 the date listed. Shipping is not available. There will be n
 o help available for loading. Please bring your own boxes/to
 tes to load your items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ah
 ead of time. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pic
 kup times. Any items not picked up will be charged to credit
  card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to Oâ
 €™Connor Auction Group business office. Any items remaining 
 after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and 
 become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WIL
 L BE GIVEN. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for be
 fore the items are removed from the premises. Any invoice wh
 ich is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be i
 n default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on O
 ’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you pl
 ace a max bid the current bid price doesn’t automatically 
 go to your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up t
 o your max in the increments specified as other bidders plac
 e bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid ag
 ainst the reserve. The auction will begin closing at the tim
 e listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on s
 ize of auction\, This auction has what is called an auto exte
 nd feature\, meaning the auction will not close until all bid
 ding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within th
 e last  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will
  reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minu
 tes. The parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be 
 sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges t
 hat all lots were available for inspection prior to the auct
 ion and\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidd
 er to carefully inspect each lot in which the bidder had any
  interest to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\,
  quantity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal insp
 ection and not on information listed in the catalog\, or othe
 rwise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bi
 dder failed to inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or
  otherwise be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, quality
 \, condition\, quantity\, and size will not constitute ground f
 or any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of the contrac
 t for sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may 
 have made oral statements about the merchandise in a lot tha
 t was purchased by bidder and which is the subject of a con
 tact for sale with seller. f. Such statements do NOT constit
 ute warranties of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relie
 d upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contract for sale.
  g. The entire contract for sale is embodied in these writte
 n terms. h. These written terms constitute the final express
 ion of the parties' agreement and a complete and exclusive s
 tatement of the terms of the contract for sale. i. The IMPLI
 ED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULA
 R PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMP
 LIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this contract for sale 
 and transaction and shall NOT apply to the merchandise that
