BID DING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CON NOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer premium and sal es tax added to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is ta xable if the item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% convenien ce fee for all credit/debit card purchases. Any items remaining after 30 days of auctio n close are considered forfeited and become property of O’ Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAYMENT: A ll merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items are remo ved from the premises. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the curre nt bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the incre ments specified as other bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. The auction will begin closing at the time listed\, at the rate o f 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auction\, This au ction has what is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisf ied. If any bids are placed within the last  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes un til the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties uncond itionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were avail able for inspection prior to the auction and\, by these terms \, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to carefully inspect each lot in which the bidder had any interest to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspection and not on infor mation listed in the catalog\, or otherwise provided by Aucti oneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect  any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherwise be fully inf ormed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and size will not constitute ground for any claim\, adjustmen t\, refund\, termination of the contract for sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral statemen ts about the merchandise in a lot that was purchased by bidd er and which is the subject of a contact for sale with sell er. f.
