  ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WI

  GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax adde
 d to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if th
 e item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for 
 all credit/debit card purchases. All items will be sold “
 as is\, where is" and with all faults.  The bidder is respon
 sible for examining all items. It is the Bidder’s respons
 ibility to determine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or a
 ny other determinative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No cre
 dits or refunds will be given. All items must be paid for pr
 ior to removing them from the premises. The winning bidder i
 s in charge of pick up on the date listed. Shipping is not 
 available. There will be no help available for loading. Plea
 se bring your own boxes/totes to load your items in\; auction
  lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Items need to be pick
 ed up during scheduled pickup times. Any items not picked up
  will be charged to credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $
 20 to transport back to O’Connor Auction Group business of
 fice. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are
  considered forfeited and become property of O’Connor Auct
 ion Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAYMENT: All merchand
 ise "MUST" be paid for before the items are removed from th
 e premises. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the 
 scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon default the bidder
  will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. 
 BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the current bid pric
 e doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The computer w
 ill automatically bid up to your max in the increments speci
 fied as other bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot w
 ith reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. The auction wil
 l begin closing at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots
  per minute depending on size of auction\, This auction has w
 hat is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction wi
 ll not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any
  bids are placed within the last  minute of the items closi
 ng\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the ite
 m has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally a
 gree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS.
 " b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were available for in
 spection prior to the auction and\, by these terms\, auctionee
 r strongly encouraged bidder to carefully inspect each lot i
 n which the bidder had any interest to determine the lot's n
 ature\, quality\, condition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder reli
 ed solely on personal inspection and not on information list
 ed in the catalog\, or otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, its 
 staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect any lot\, t
 his failure to inspect\, or otherwise be fully informed as to
  the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and size wi
 ll not constitute ground for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, 
 termination of the contract for sale\, or refusal to close th
 e sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral statements about th
 e merchandise in a lot that was purchased by bidder and whic
 h is the subject of a contact for sale with seller. f. Such
  statements do NOT constitute warranties of any kind by the 
 seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part
  fo the contract for sale. g. The entire contract for sale i
 s embodied in these written terms. h. These written terms co
 nstitute the final expression of the parties' agreement and 
 a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the contr
 act for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY A
 ND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIE
