 TO PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO
  A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REAL
 TY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% 
 buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid price. Th
 e buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There wil
 l be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purcha
 ses. All items will be sold “as is\, where is" and with al
 l faults.  The bidder is responsible for examining all item
 s. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine conditi
 on\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other determinative facto
 r. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be give
 n. All items must be paid for prior to removing them from th
 e premises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on th
 e date listed. Shipping is not available. There will be no 
 help available for loading. Please bring your own boxes/tote
 s to load your items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahea
 d of time. Items need to be picked up during scheduled picku
 p times. Any items not picked up will be charged to credit c
 ard on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’
 Connor Auction Group business office. Any items remaining af
 ter 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and be
 come property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL 
 BE GIVEN. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for befo
 re the items are removed from the premises. Any invoice whic
 h is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in 
 default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on Oâ€
 ™Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you plac
 e a max bid the current bid price doesn’t automatically go
  to your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to 
 your max in the increments specified as other bidders place 
 bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid agai
 nst the reserve. The auction will begin closing at the time 
 listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on siz
 e of auction\, This auction has what is called an auto extend
  feature\, meaning the auction will not close until all biddi
 ng parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the 
 last  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will r
 eset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minute
 s. The parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be so
 ld "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges tha
 t all lots were available for inspection prior to the auctio
 n and\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder
  to carefully inspect each lot in which the bidder had any i
 nterest to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, q
 uantity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspec
 tion and not on information listed in the catalog\, or otherw
 ise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidd
 er failed to inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or o
 therwise be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, 
 condition\, quantity\, and size will not constitute ground for
  any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of the contract 
 for sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may ha
 ve made oral statements about the merchandise in a lot that 
 was purchased by bidder and which is the subject of a conta
 ct for sale with seller. f. Such statements do NOT constitut
 e warranties of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied 
 upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contract for sale. g
 . The entire contract for sale is embodied in these written 
 terms. h. These written terms constitute the final expressio
 n of the parties' agreement and a complete and exclusive sta
 tement of the terms of the contract for sale. i. The IMPLIED
  WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR 
 PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLI
 ED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this contract for sale an
 d transaction and shall NOT apply to the merchandise that is
