B IDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDIN G CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’C ONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer premium and s ales tax added to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% conveni ence fee for all credit/debit card purchases. All items will be sold “as is\, where is" and with all faults.  The bid der is responsible for examining all items. It is the Bidde r’s responsibility to determine condition\, age\, genuinenes s\, value or any other determinative factor. ALL SALES ARE F INAL. No credits or refunds will be given. All items must b e paid for prior to removing them from the premises. The win ning bidder is in charge of pick up on the date listed. Shi pping is not available. There will be no help available for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load your item s in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Any items not picked up will be charged to credit card on file and a  MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Auction Grou p business office. Any items remaining after 30 days of auct ion close are considered forfeited and become property of Oâ €™Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAYMENT:  All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items are re moved from the premises. Any invoice which is not paid by th e end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon defau lt the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Gro up auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the cur rent bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. T he computer will automatically bid up to your max in the inc rements specified as other bidders place bids or\, in the eve nt of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. Th e auction will begin closing at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auction\, This auction has what is called an auto extend feature\, meaning t he auction will not close until all bidding parties are sati sfied. If any bids are placed within the last  minute of th e items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties unco nditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WIT H ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were ava ilable for inspection prior to the auction and\, by these ter ms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to carefully inspe ct each lot in which the bidder had any interest to determin e the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity and size. c . Bidder relied solely on personal inspection and not on inf ormation listed in the catalog\, or otherwise provided by Auc tioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to inspec t any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherwise be fully i nformed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity \, and size will not constitute ground for any claim\, adjustm ent\, refund\, termination of the contract for sale\, or refusa l to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral statem ents about the merchandise in a lot that was purchased by bi dder and which is the subject of a contact for sale with se ller. f. Such statements do NOT constitute warranties of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contract for sale. g.
