 ER 9TH FROM 10 AM TO 5 PM AT W7679 OAK STREET IN SHIOCTON.

 ditions PLEASE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO PLACING A 
 BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND 
 BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba
  O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer premium
  and sales tax added to the final bid price. The buyer’s f
 ee is taxable if the item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% c
 onvenience fee for all credit/debit card purchases. All item
 s will be sold “as is\, where is" and with all faults.  T
 he bidder is responsible for examining all items. It is the
  Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition\, age\, genu
 ineness\, value or any other determinative factor. ALL SALES
  ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. All items 
 must be paid for prior to removing them from the premises. T
 he winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the date listed
 . Shipping is not available. There will be no help availabl
 e for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load you
 r items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time. It
 ems need to be picked up during scheduled pickup times. Any 
 items not picked up will be charged to credit card on file a
 nd a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Auctio
 n Group business office. Any items remaining after 30 days o
 f auction close are considered forfeited and become property
  of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAY
 MENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items 
 are removed from the premises. Any invoice which is not paid
  by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon
  default the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Aucti
 on Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid t
 he current bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max 
 bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in t
 he increments specified as other bidders place bids or\, in t
 he event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the reser
 ve. The auction will begin closing at the time listed\, at th
 e rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auction\,
  This auction has what is called an auto extend feature\, mea
 ning the auction will not close until all bidding parties ar
 e satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last  minute
  of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 mi
 nutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The partie
 s unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" an
 d "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots we
 re available for inspection prior to the auction and\, by the
 se terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to carefully
  inspect each lot in which the bidder had any interest to de
 termine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity and s
 ize. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspection and not 
 on information listed in the catalog\, or otherwise provided 
 by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to 
 inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherwise be f
 ully informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, qu
 antity\, and size will not constitute ground for any claim\, a
 djustment\, refund\, termination of the contract for sale\, or 
 refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral 
 statements about the merchandise in a lot that was purchased
  by bidder and which is the subject of a contact for sale w
 ith seller. f. Such statements do NOT constitute warranties 
 of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidde
 r\, and are NOT part fo the contract for sale. g. The entire 
 contract for sale is embodied in these written terms. h. The
 se written terms constitute the final expression of the part
 ies' agreement and a complete and exclusive statement of the
  terms of the contract for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES O
 F MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND 
 ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECI
 FICALLY EXCLUDED from this contract for sale and transaction
  and shall NOT apply to the merchandise that is subject of t
