BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buy er premium and sales tax added to the final bid price. The b uyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There will b e a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purchases . All items will be sold “as is\, where is" and with all f aults.  The bidder is responsible for examining all items.  It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other determinative factor.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. All items must be paid for prior to removing them from the p remises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the d ate listed. Shipping is not available. There will be no hel p available for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes t o load your items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead o f time. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pickup t imes. Any items not picked up will be charged to credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Con nor Auction Group business office. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and becom e property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items are removed from the premises. Any invoice which i s not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in def ault. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on O’Co nnor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to you r max in the increments specified as other bidders place bid s or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. The auction will begin closing at the time lis ted\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size o f auction\, This auction has what is called an auto extend fe ature\, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the las t  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will rese t to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that a ll lots were available for inspection prior to the auction a nd\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to carefully inspect each lot in which the bidder had any inte rest to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quan tity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspectio n and not on information listed in the catalog\, or otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or othe rwise be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, con dition\, quantity\, and size will not constitute ground for an y claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of the contract for sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral statements about the merchandise in a lot that was purchased by bidder and which is the subject of a contact for sale with seller. f.
