 ACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LE
 GAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, I
 NC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer
  premium and sales tax added to the final bid price. The buy
 er’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There will be 
 a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purchases. 
 All items will be sold “as is\, where is" and with all fau
 lts.  The bidder is responsible for examining all items. I
 t is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition\, a
 ge\, genuineness\, value or any other determinative factor. A
 LL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. Al
 l items must be paid for prior to removing them from the pre
 mises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the dat
 e listed. Shipping is not available. There will be no help 
 available for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to 
 load your items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of 
 time. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pickup tim
 es. Any items not picked up will be charged to credit card o
 n file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Conno
 r Auction Group business office. Any items remaining after 3
 0 days of auction close are considered forfeited and become 
 property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GI
 VEN. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before th
 e items are removed from the premises. Any invoice which is 
 not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in defau
 lt. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on O’Conn
 or Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a m
 ax bid the current bid price doesn’t automatically go to y
 our max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your 
 max in the increments specified as other bidders place bids 
 or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against t
 he reserve. The auction will begin closing at the time liste
 d\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of 
 auction\, This auction has what is called an auto extend feat
 ure\, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding pa
 rties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last 
  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset 
 to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. Th
 e parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "A
 S IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all
  lots were available for inspection prior to the auction and
 \, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to c
 arefully inspect each lot in which the bidder had any intere
 st to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quanti
 ty and size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspection 
 and not on information listed in the catalog\, or otherwise p
 rovided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder fa
 iled to inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherw
 ise be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condi
 tion\, quantity\, and size will not constitute ground for any 
 claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of the contract for s
 ale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have ma
 de oral statements about the merchandise in a lot that was p
 urchased by bidder and which is the subject of a contact fo
 r sale with seller. f. Such statements do NOT constitute war
 ranties of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon 
 by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contract for sale. g. The
  entire contract for sale is embodied in these written terms
 . h. These written terms constitute the final expression of 
 the parties' agreement and a complete and exclusive statemen
 t of the terms of the contract for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARR
 ANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPO
 SE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, A
 RE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this contract for sale and tra
 nsaction and shall NOT apply to the merchandise that is subj
