There will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purchases. All items will be sold  “as is\, where is" and with all faults.  The bidder is r esponsible for examining all items. It is the Bidder’s re sponsibility to determine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other determinative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. N o credits or refunds will be given. All items must be paid f or prior to removing them from the premises. The winning bid der is in charge of pick up on the date listed. Shipping is not available. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pickup times. Any items not pick ed up will be charged to credit card on file and a MINIMUM  of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Auction Group busine ss office. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction clos e are considered forfeited and become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAYMENT: All mer chandise "MUST" be paid for before the items are removed fr om the premises. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon default the b idder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group aucti ons. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The compu ter will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified as other bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. The auctio n will begin closing at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8  lots per minute depending on size of auction\, This auction has what is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the aucti on will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. I f any bids are placed within the last  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until th e item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditiona lly agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FA ULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were available f or inspection prior to the auction and\, by these terms\, auct ioneer strongly encouraged bidder to carefully inspect each lot in which the bidder had any interest to determine the lo t's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspection and not on information listed in the catalog\, or otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect any l ot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherwise be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and si ze will not constitute ground for any claim\, adjustment\, ref und\, termination of the contract for sale\, or refusal to clo se the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral statements abo ut the merchandise in a lot that was purchased by bidder and which is the subject of a contact for sale with seller. f. Such statements do NOT constitute warranties of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contract for sale. g. The entire contract for s ale is embodied in these written terms. h.
