Wolf River Habitat for Humanity and its store is exci ted to launch our first online auction fundraiser which will be managed by O'Connor Auction Group. We have many unique a nd one of a kind items as well as vintage items\, art work an d more. We have been blessed to have items donated that have been repurposed and/or created by our volunteers and other items donated by our supporters. We have a fundraising goal of $15\,000-$20\,000 which will be used to purchase a replacem ent truck used for donation pick ups and deliveries for the store as well as for our home construction efforts.  Procee ds from this online auction will be directed to that goal.    Online Auction Terms & Conditions PLEASE READ TERMS AND CO NDITIONS PRIOR TO PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the fina l bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is tax able. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/de bit card purchases. All items will be sold “as is\, where is" and with all faults.  The bidder is responsible for exa mining all items. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to de termine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other dete rminative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refun ds will be given. All items must be paid for prior to removi ng them from the premises. The winning bidder is in charge o f pick up on the date listed. Shipping is not available. Th ere will be no help available for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load your items in\; auction lots will no t be boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pickup times. Any items not picked up will be char ged to credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transpo rt back to O’Connor Auction Group business office. Any ite ms remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered f orfeited and become property of O’Connor Auction Group. N O REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, Check or Credit Card are acce pted at the time of Pick up.  A returned check for non suff icient funds will be a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All merchand ise "MUST" be paid for before the items are removed from th e premises. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the current bid pric e doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The computer w ill automatically bid up to your max in the increments speci fied as other bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot w ith reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. The auction wil l begin closing at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auction\, This auction has w hat is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction wi ll not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last  minute of the items closi ng\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the ite m has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally a gree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS. " b.
