 O PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO 
 A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALT
 Y\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% b
 uyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid price. The
  buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There will
  be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purchas
 es. All items will be sold “as is\, where is" and with all
  faults.  The bidder is responsible for examining all items
 . It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine conditio
 n\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other determinative factor
 . ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given
 . All items must be paid for prior to removing them from the
  premises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the
  date listed. Shipping is not available. There will be no h
 elp available for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes
  to load your items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead
  of time. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pickup
  times. Any items not picked up will be charged to credit ca
 rd on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’C
 onnor Auction Group business office. Any items remaining aft
 er 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and bec
 ome property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL B
 E GIVEN. Cash\, Check or Credit Card are accepted at the time
  of Pick up.  A returned check for non sufficient funds wil
 l be a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be pa
 id for before the items are removed from the premises. Any 
 invoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup
  will be in default. Upon default the bidder will be black l
 isted on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: W
 hen you place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t auto
 matically go to your max bid. The computer will automaticall
 y bid up to your max in the increments specified as other bi
 dders place bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it 
 can bid against the reserve. The auction will begin closing 
 at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depe
 nding on size of auction\, This auction has what is called an
  auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will not close unt
 il all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed
  within the last  minute of the items closing\, the bid on l
 ot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle f
 or 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lo
 t will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder ackn
 owledges that all lots were available for inspection prior t
 o the auction and\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly encou
 raged bidder to carefully inspect each lot in which the bidd
 er had any interest to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, 
 condition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on per
 sonal inspection and not on information listed in the catalo
 g\, or otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller
 . d. If bidder failed to inspect any lot\, this failure to i
 nspect\, or otherwise be fully informed as to the lot's natur
 e\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and size will not constitut
 e ground for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of t
 he contract for sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Aucti
 oneer may have made oral statements about the merchandise in
  a lot that was purchased by bidder and which is the subject
  of a contact for sale with seller. f. Such statements do N
 OT constitute warranties of any kind by the seller\, shall NO
 T be relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contract
  for sale. g. The entire contract for sale is embodied in th
 ese written terms. h. These written terms constitute the fin
 al expression of the parties' agreement and a complete and e
 xclusive statement of the terms of the contract for sale. i.
  The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
  PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRES
 SED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this contract
  for sale and transaction and shall NOT apply to the merchan
