 TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY 
 ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WIT
 H O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION 
 GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added
  to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the
  item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for a
 ll credit/debit card purchases. All items will be sold “a
 s is\, where is" and with all faults.  The bidder is respons
 ible for examining all items. It is the Bidder’s responsi
 bility to determine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or an
 y other determinative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No cred
 its or refunds will be given. All items must be paid for pri
 or to removing them from the premises. The winning bidder is
  in charge of pick up on the date listed. Shipping is not a
 vailable. There will be no help available for loading. Pleas
 e bring your own boxes/totes to load your items in\; auction 
 lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picke
 d up during scheduled pickup times. Any items not picked up 
 will be charged to credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $2
 0 to transport back to O’Connor Auction Group business off
 ice. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are 
 considered forfeited and become property of O’Connor Aucti
 on Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, Check or Credit C
 ard are accepted at the time of Pick up.  A returned check 
 for non sufficient funds will be a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: 
 All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items are rem
 oved from the premises. Any invoice which is not paid by the
  end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon defaul
 t the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Grou
 p auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the curr
 ent bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. Th
 e computer will automatically bid up to your max in the incr
 ements specified as other bidders place bids or\, in the even
 t of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. The
  auction will begin closing at the time listed\, at the rate 
 of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auction\, This a
 uction has what is called an auto extend feature\, meaning th
 e auction will not close until all bidding parties are satis
 fied. If any bids are placed within the last  minute of the
  items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes u
 ntil the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties uncon
 ditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH
  ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were avai
 lable for inspection prior to the auction and\, by these term
 s\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to carefully inspec
 t each lot in which the bidder had any interest to determine
  the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity and size. c.
  Bidder relied solely on personal inspection and not on info
 rmation listed in the catalog\, or otherwise provided by Auct
 ioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect
  any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherwise be fully in
 formed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity\,
  and size will not constitute ground for any claim\, adjustme
 nt\, refund\, termination of the contract for sale\, or refusal
  to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral stateme
 nts about the merchandise in a lot that was purchased by bid
 der and which is the subject of a contact for sale with sel
 ler. f. Such statements do NOT constitute warranties of any 
 kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and 
 are NOT part fo the contract for sale. g. The entire contrac
 t for sale is embodied in these written terms. h. These writ
 ten terms constitute the final expression of the parties' ag
 reement and a complete and exclusive statement of the terms 
 of the contract for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCH
 ANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTH
 ER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY
  EXCLUDED from this contract for sale and transaction and sh
