 TIONS PRIOR TO PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE
  BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SA
 LES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There wi
 ll be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the final b
 id price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxabl
 e. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit
  card purchases. All items will be sold “as is\, where is"
  and with all faults.  The bidder is responsible for examin
 ing all items. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to deter
 mine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other determi
 native factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds 
 will be given. All items must be paid for prior to removing 
 them from the premises. The winning bidder is in charge of p
 ick up on the date listed. Shipping is not available. There
  will be no help available for loading. Please bring your ow
 n boxes/totes to load your items in\; auction lots will not b
 e boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picked up during sch
 eduled pickup times. Any items not picked up will be charged
  to credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport 
 back to O’Connor Auction Group business office. Any items 
 remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered forf
 eited and become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO R
 EFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, Check or Credit Card are accepte
 d at the time of Pick up.  A returned check for non suffici
 ent funds will be a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All merchandise
  "MUST" be paid for before the items are removed from the p
 remises. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the sch
 eduled pickup will be in default. Upon default the bidder wi
 ll be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BID
 DING INFO: When you place a max bid the current bid price d
 oesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The computer will
  automatically bid up to your max in the increments specifie
 d as other bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot with
  reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. The auction will b
 egin closing at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots pe
 r minute depending on size of auction\, This auction has what
  is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will 
 not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bi
 ds are placed within the last  minute of the items closing\,
  the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item h
 as sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally agre
 e: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b
 . Bidder acknowledges that all lots were available for inspe
 ction prior to the auction and\, by these terms\, auctioneer s
 trongly encouraged bidder to carefully inspect each lot in w
 hich the bidder had any interest to determine the lot's natu
 re\, quality\, condition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied 
 solely on personal inspection and not on information listed 
 in the catalog\, or otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, its sta
 ff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect any lot\, this
  failure to inspect\, or otherwise be fully informed as to th
 e lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and size will 
 not constitute ground for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, ter
 mination of the contract for sale\, or refusal to close the s
 ale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral statements about the m
 erchandise in a lot that was purchased by bidder and which i
 s the subject of a contact for sale with seller. f. Such st
 atements do NOT constitute warranties of any kind by the sel
 ler\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo
  the contract for sale. g. The entire contract for sale is e
 mbodied in these written terms. h. These written terms const
 itute the final expression of the parties' agreement and a c
 omplete and exclusive statement of the terms of the contract
  for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND 
 FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, 
 EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from 
 this contract for sale and transaction and shall NOT apply t
