Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash \, Check or Credit Card are accepted at the time of Pick up.   A returned check for non sufficient funds will be a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for befor e the items are removed from the premises. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in d efault. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on O’ Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to y our max in the increments specified as other bidders place b ids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid again st the reserve. The auction will begin closing at the time l isted\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auction\, This auction has what is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will not close until all biddin g parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the l ast  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will re set to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes . The parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sol d "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were available for inspection prior to the auction and\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to carefully inspect each lot in which the bidder had any in terest to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, qu antity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspect ion and not on information listed in the catalog\, or otherwi se provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidde r failed to inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or ot herwise be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, c ondition\, quantity\, and size will not constitute ground for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of the contract f or sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may hav e made oral statements about the merchandise in a lot that w as purchased by bidder and which is the subject of a contac t for sale with seller. f.
