 ALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There w
 ill be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the final 
 bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxab
 le. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debi
 t card purchases. All items will be sold “as is\, where is
 " and with all faults.  The bidder is responsible for exami
 ning all items. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to dete
 rmine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other determ
 inative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds
  will be given. All items must be paid for prior to removing
  them from the premises. The winning bidder is in charge of 
 pick up on the date listed. Shipping is not available. Ther
 e will be no help available for loading. Please bring your o
 wn boxes/totes to load your items in\; auction lots will not 
 be boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picked up during sc
 heduled pickup times. Any items not picked up will be charge
 d to credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport
  back to O’Connor Auction Group business office. Any items
  remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered for
 feited and become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO 
 REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be p
 aid for before the items are removed from the premises. Any
  invoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled picku
 p will be in default. Upon default the bidder will be black 
 listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: 
 When you place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t aut
 omatically go to your max bid. The computer will automatical
 ly bid up to your max in the increments specified as other b
 idders place bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it
  can bid against the reserve. The auction will begin closing
  at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute dep
 ending on size of auction\, This auction has what is called a
 n auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will not close un
 til all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are place
 d within the last  minute of the items closing\, the bid on 
 lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle 
 for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally agree: a. Each l
 ot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder ack
 nowledges that all lots were available for inspection prior 
 to the auction and\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly enco
 uraged bidder to carefully inspect each lot in which the bid
 der had any interest to determine the lot's nature\, quality\,
  condition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on pe
 rsonal inspection and not on information listed in the catal
 og\, or otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or selle
 r. d. If bidder failed to inspect any lot\, this failure to 
 inspect\, or otherwise be fully informed as to the lot's natu
 re\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and size will not constitu
 te ground for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of 
 the contract for sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auct
 ioneer may have made oral statements about the merchandise i
 n a lot that was purchased by bidder and which is the subjec
 t of a contact for sale with seller. f. Such statements do 
 NOT constitute warranties of any kind by the seller\, shall N
 OT be relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contrac
 t for sale. g. The entire contract for sale is embodied in t
 hese written terms. h. These written terms constitute the fi
 nal expression of the parties' agreement and a complete and 
 exclusive statement of the terms of the contract for sale. i
 . The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR 
 A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRE
