 TRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR
  AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer premium and sales 
 tax added to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxab
 le if the item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% convenience 
 fee for all credit/debit card purchases. All items will be s
 old “as is\, where is" and with all faults.  The bidder i
 s responsible for examining all items. It is the Bidder’s
  responsibility to determine condition\, age\, genuineness\, va
 lue or any other determinative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  No credits or refunds will be given. All items must be pai
 d for prior to removing them from the premises. The winning 
 bidder is in charge of pick up on the date listed. Shipping
  is not available. There will be no help available for loadi
 ng. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load your items in\;
  auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Items need to
  be picked up during scheduled pickup times. Any items not p
 icked up will be charged to credit card on file and a MINIM
 UM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Auction Group bus
 iness office. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction c
 lose are considered forfeited and become property of O’Con
 nor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, Check or
  Credit Card are accepted at the time of Pick up.  A return
 ed check for non sufficient funds will be a fee of $30.00. P
 AYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the item
 s are removed from the premises. Any invoice which is not pa
 id by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Up
 on default the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auc
 tion Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid
  the current bid price doesn’t automatically go to your ma
 x bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in
  the increments specified as other bidders place bids or\, in
  the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the res
 erve. The auction will begin closing at the time listed\, at 
 the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auctio
 n\, This auction has what is called an auto extend feature\, m
 eaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties 
 are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last  minu
 te of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 
 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The part
 ies unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" 
 and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots 
 were available for inspection prior to the auction and\, by t
 hese terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to careful
 ly inspect each lot in which the bidder had any interest to 
 determine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity and
  size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspection and no
 t on information listed in the catalog\, or otherwise provide
 d by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed t
 o inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherwise be
  fully informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, 
 quantity\, and size will not constitute ground for any claim\,
  adjustment\, refund\, termination of the contract for sale\, o
 r refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made ora
 l statements about the merchandise in a lot that was purchas
 ed by bidder and which is the subject of a contact for sale
  with seller. f. Such statements do NOT constitute warrantie
 s of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bid
 der\, and are NOT part fo the contract for sale. g. The entir
 e contract for sale is embodied in these written terms. h. T
 hese written terms constitute the final expression of the pa
 rties' agreement and a complete and exclusive statement of t
 he terms of the contract for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES
  OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AN
 D ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPE
 CIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this contract for sale and transacti
