 G A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL 
 AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\,
  dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer pre
 mium and sales tax added to the final bid price. The buyerâ€
 ™s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There will be a 3.
 5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purchases. All 
 items will be sold “as is\, where is" and with all faults.
   The bidder is responsible for examining all items. It is
  the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition\, age\, 
 genuineness\, value or any other determinative factor. ALL S
 ALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. All it
 ems must be paid for prior to removing them from the premise
 s. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the date li
 sted. Shipping is not available. There will be no help avai
 lable for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load
  your items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time
 . Items need to be picked up during scheduled pickup times. 
 Any items not picked up will be charged to credit card on fi
 le and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Au
 ction Group business office. Any items remaining after 30 da
 ys of auction close are considered forfeited and become prop
 erty of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
  PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the it
 ems are removed from the premises. Any invoice which is not 
 paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. 
 Upon default the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor A
 uction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max b
 id the current bid price doesn’t automatically go to your 
 max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your max 
 in the increments specified as other bidders place bids or\, 
 in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the r
 eserve. The auction will begin closing at the time listed\, a
 t the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auct
 ion\, This auction has what is called an auto extend feature\,
  meaning the auction will not close until all bidding partie
 s are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last  mi
 nute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2
  minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The pa
 rties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS
 " and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lot
 s were available for inspection prior to the auction and\, by
  these terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to caref
 ully inspect each lot in which the bidder had any interest t
 o determine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity a
 nd size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspection and 
 not on information listed in the catalog\, or otherwise provi
 ded by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed
  to inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherwise 
 be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition
 \, quantity\, and size will not constitute ground for any clai
 m\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of the contract for sale\,
  or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made o
 ral statements about the merchandise in a lot that was purch
 ased by bidder and which is the subject of a contact for sa
 le with seller. f. Such statements do NOT constitute warrant
 ies of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by b
 idder\, and are NOT part fo the contract for sale. g. The ent
 ire contract for sale is embodied in these written terms. h.
  These written terms constitute the final expression of the 
 parties' agreement and a complete and exclusive statement of
  the terms of the contract for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTI
 ES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, 
 AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE S
 PECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this contract for sale and transac
 tion and shall NOT apply to the merchandise that is subject
