  BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BIND
 ING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba Oâ€
 ™CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer premium and
  sales tax added to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee i
 s taxable if the item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% conve
 nience fee for all credit/debit card purchases. All items wi
 ll be sold “as is\, where is" and with all faults.  The b
 idder is responsible for examining all items. It is the Bid
 der’s responsibility to determine condition\, age\, genuinen
 ess\, value or any other determinative factor. ALL SALES ARE
  FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. All items must
  be paid for prior to removing them from the premises. The w
 inning bidder is in charge of pick up on the date listed. S
 hipping is not available. There will be no help available fo
 r loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load your it
 ems in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Items 
 need to be picked up during scheduled pickup times. Any item
 s not picked up will be charged to credit card on file and a
  MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Auction Gr
 oup business office. Any items remaining after 30 days of au
 ction close are considered forfeited and become property of 
 O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, C
 heck or Credit Card are accepted at the time of Pick up.  A
  returned check for non sufficient funds will be a fee of $3
 0.00. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before t
 he items are removed from the premises. Any invoice which is
  not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in defa
 ult. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on O’Con
 nor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a 
 max bid the current bid price doesn’t automatically go to 
 your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your
  max in the increments specified as other bidders place bids
  or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against 
 the reserve. The auction will begin closing at the time list
 ed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of
  auction\, This auction has what is called an auto extend fea
 ture\, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding p
 arties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last
   minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset
  to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. T
 he parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "
 AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that al
 l lots were available for inspection prior to the auction an
 d\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to 
 carefully inspect each lot in which the bidder had any inter
 est to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quant
 ity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspection
  and not on information listed in the catalog\, or otherwise 
 provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder f
 ailed to inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or other
 wise be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, cond
 ition\, quantity\, and size will not constitute ground for any
  claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of the contract for 
 sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have m
 ade oral statements about the merchandise in a lot that was 
 purchased by bidder and which is the subject of a contact f
 or sale with seller. f. Such statements do NOT constitute wa
 rranties of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon
  by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contract for sale. g. Th
 e entire contract for sale is embodied in these written term
 s. h. These written terms constitute the final expression of
  the parties' agreement and a complete and exclusive stateme
 nt of the terms of the contract for sale. i. The IMPLIED WAR
 RANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURP
 OSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, 
 ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this contract for sale and tr
 ansaction and shall NOT apply to the merchandise that is sub
