PAYMENT:  All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items are r emoved from the premises. Any invoice which is not paid by t he end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. T he auction will begin closing at the time listed\, at the rat e of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auction\, This auction has what is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are sat isfied. If any bids are placed within the last  minute of t he items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties unc onditionally agree: a.
