 IDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALE
 S AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will
  be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid
  price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable.
  There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit c
 ard purchases. All items will be sold “as is\, where is" a
 nd with all faults.  The bidder is responsible for examinin
 g all items. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determi
 ne condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other determina
 tive factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds wi
 ll be given. All items must be paid for prior to removing th
 em from the premises. The winning bidder is in charge of pic
 k up on the date listed. Shipping is not available. There w
 ill be no help available for loading. Please bring your own 
 boxes/totes to load your items in\; auction lots will not be 
 boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picked up during sched
 uled pickup times. Any items not picked up will be charged t
 o credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport ba
 ck to O’Connor Auction Group business office. Any items re
 maining after 30 days of auction close are considered forfei
 ted and become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REF
 UNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, Check or Credit Card are accepted 
 at the time of Pick up.  A returned check for non sufficien
 t funds will be a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All merchandise "
 MUST" be paid for before the items are removed from the pre
 mises. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the sched
 uled pickup will be in default. Upon default the bidder will
  be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDI
 NG INFO: When you place a max bid the current bid price doe
 sn’t automatically go to your max bid. The computer will a
 utomatically bid up to your max in the increments specified 
 as other bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot with r
 eserve\, it can bid against the reserve. The auction will beg
 in closing at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per 
 minute depending on size of auction\, This auction has what i
 s called an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will no
 t close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids
  are placed within the last  minute of the items closing\, t
 he bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has
  sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally agree:
  a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. 
 Bidder acknowledges that all lots were available for inspect
 ion prior to the auction and\, by these terms\, auctioneer str
 ongly encouraged bidder to carefully inspect each lot in whi
 ch the bidder had any interest to determine the lot's nature
 \, quality\, condition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied so
 lely on personal inspection and not on information listed in
  the catalog\, or otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff
 \, or seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect any lot\, this f
 ailure to inspect\, or otherwise be fully informed as to the 
 lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and size will no
 t constitute ground for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termi
 nation of the contract for sale\, or refusal to close the sal
 e. e. Auctioneer may have made oral statements about the mer
 chandise in a lot that was purchased by bidder and which is 
 the subject of a contact for sale with seller. f. Such stat
 ements do NOT constitute warranties of any kind by the selle
 r\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo t
 he contract for sale. g. The entire contract for sale is emb
 odied in these written terms. h. These written terms constit
 ute the final expression of the parties' agreement and a com
 plete and exclusive statement of the terms of the contract f
 or sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FI
 TNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EI
 THER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from th
