There will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to t he final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all cr edit/debit card purchases. All items will be sold “as is\, where is" and with all faults.  The bidder is responsible for examining all items. It is the Bidder’s responsibilit y to determine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any oth er determinative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits o r refunds will be given. All items must be paid for prior to removing them from the premises. The winning bidder is in c harge of pick up on the date listed. Shipping is not availa ble. PAYMENT: All m erchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items are removed from the premises. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auc tions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the current b id price doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The com puter will automatically bid up to your max in the increment s specified as other bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. The auct ion will begin closing at the time listed\, at the rate of 4- 8 lots per minute depending on size of auction\, This auctio n has what is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the auc tion will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last  minute of the item s closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditio nally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were available for inspection prior to the auction and\, by these terms\, au ctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to carefully inspect eac h lot in which the bidder had any interest to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity and size. c. Bidd er relied solely on personal inspection and not on informati on listed in the catalog\, or otherwise provided by Auctionee r\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherwise be fully informe d as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and size will not constitute ground for any claim\, adjustment\, r efund\, termination of the contract for sale\, or refusal to c lose the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral statements a bout the merchandise in a lot that was purchased by bidder a nd which is the subject of a contact for sale with seller. f. Such statements do NOT constitute warranties of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and are N OT part fo the contract for sale. g. The entire contract for sale is embodied in these written terms. h.
