PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items are removed from the premises. An y invoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pick up will be in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO:  When you place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t au tomatically go to your max bid. The computer will automatica lly bid up to your max in the increments specified as other bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, i t can bid against the reserve. The auction will begin closin g at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute de pending on size of auction\, This auction has what is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will not close u ntil all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are plac ed within the last  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. If bidder failed to inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherwise be fully informed as to the lot's nat ure\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and size will not constit ute ground for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of the contract for sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auc tioneer may have made oral statements about the merchandise in a lot that was purchased by bidder and which is the subje ct of a contact for sale with seller. f.
