 S PRIOR TO PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BID
 DER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES 
 AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will b
 e a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid p
 rice. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. T
 here will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit car
 d purchases. All items will be sold “as is\, where is" and
  with all faults.  The bidder is responsible for examining 
 all items. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine
  condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other determinati
 ve factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will
  be given. All items must be paid for prior to removing them
  from the premises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick 
 up on the date listed. Shipping is not available. There wil
 l be no help available for loading. Please bring your own bo
 xes/totes to load your items in\; auction lots will not be bo
 xed ahead of time. Items need to be picked up during schedul
 ed pickup times. Any items not picked up will be charged to 
 credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back
  to O’Connor Auction Group business office. Any items rema
 ining after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeite
 d and become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUN
 DS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, Check or Credit Card are accepted at
  the time of Pick up.  A returned check for non sufficient 
 funds will be a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MU
 ST" be paid for before the items are removed from the premi
 ses. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the schedul
 ed pickup will be in default. Upon default the bidder will b
 e black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING
  INFO: When you place a max bid the current bid price doesn
 ’t automatically go to your max bid. The computer will aut
 omatically bid up to your max in the increments specified as
  other bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot with res
 erve\, it can bid against the reserve. The auction will begin
  closing at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per mi
 nute depending on size of auction\, This auction has what is 
 called an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will not 
 close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids a
 re placed within the last  minute of the items closing\, the
  bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has s
 at idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally agree: a
 . Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bi
 dder acknowledges that all lots were available for inspectio
 n prior to the auction and\, by these terms\, auctioneer stron
 gly encouraged bidder to carefully inspect each lot in which
  the bidder had any interest to determine the lot's nature\, 
 quality\, condition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied sole
 ly on personal inspection and not on information listed in t
 he catalog\, or otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, 
 or seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect any lot\, this fai
 lure to inspect\, or otherwise be fully informed as to the lo
 t's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and size will not 
 constitute ground for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termina
 tion of the contract for sale\, or refusal to close the sale.
  e. Auctioneer may have made oral statements about the merch
 andise in a lot that was purchased by bidder and which is th
 e subject of a contact for sale with seller. f. Such statem
 ents do NOT constitute warranties of any kind by the seller\,
  shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the
  contract for sale. g. The entire contract for sale is embod
 ied in these written terms. h. These written terms constitut
 e the final expression of the parties' agreement and a compl
 ete and exclusive statement of the terms of the contract for
  sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITN
 ESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITH
 ER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this
  contract for sale and transaction and shall NOT apply to th
