 0% buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid price.
  The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There 
 will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card pur
 chases. All items will be sold “as is\, where is" and with
  all faults.  The bidder is responsible for examining all i
 tems. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine cond
 ition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other determinative fa
 ctor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be g
 iven. All items must be paid for prior to removing them from
  the premises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on
  the date listed. Shipping is not available. There will be 
 no help available for loading. Please bring your own boxes/t
 otes to load your items in\; auction lots will not be boxed a
 head of time. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pi
 ckup times. Any items not picked up will be charged to credi
 t card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O
 ’Connor Auction Group business office. Any items remaining
  after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and
  become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WI
 LL BE GIVEN. Cash\, Check or Credit Card are accepted at the 
 time of Pick up.  A returned check for non sufficient funds
  will be a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" b
 e paid for before the items are removed from the premises. 
 Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pi
 ckup will be in default. Upon default the bidder will be bla
 ck listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO
 : When you place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t 
 automatically go to your max bid. The computer will automati
 cally bid up to your max in the increments specified as othe
 r bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\,
  it can bid against the reserve. The auction will begin clos
 ing at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute 
 depending on size of auction\, This auction has what is calle
 d an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will not close
  until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are pl
 aced within the last  minute of the items closing\, the bid 
 on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat id
 le for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally agree: a. Eac
 h lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder 
 acknowledges that all lots were available for inspection pri
 or to the auction and\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly e
 ncouraged bidder to carefully inspect each lot in which the 
 bidder had any interest to determine the lot's nature\, quali
 ty\, condition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on
  personal inspection and not on information listed in the ca
 talog\, or otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or se
 ller. d. If bidder failed to inspect any lot\, this failure 
 to inspect\, or otherwise be fully informed as to the lot's n
 ature\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and size will not const
 itute ground for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination 
 of the contract for sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. A
 uctioneer may have made oral statements about the merchandis
 e in a lot that was purchased by bidder and which is the sub
 ject of a contact for sale with seller. f. Such statements 
 do NOT constitute warranties of any kind by the seller\, shal
 l NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the cont
 ract for sale. g. The entire contract for sale is embodied i
 n these written terms. h. These written terms constitute the
  final expression of the parties' agreement and a complete a
 nd exclusive statement of the terms of the contract for sale
 . i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS F
 OR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EX
 PRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this cont
