 GAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, I
 NC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer
  premium and sales tax added to the final bid price. The buy
 er’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There will be 
 a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purchases. 
 All items will be sold “as is\, where is" and with all fau
 lts.  The bidder is responsible for examining all items. I
 t is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition\, a
 ge\, genuineness\, value or any other determinative factor. A
 LL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. Al
 l items must be paid for prior to removing them from the pre
 mises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the dat
 e listed. Shipping is not available. There will be no help 
 available for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to 
 load your items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of 
 time. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pickup tim
 es. Any items not picked up will be charged to credit card o
 n file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Conno
 r Auction Group business office. Any items remaining after 3
 0 days of auction close are considered forfeited and become 
 property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GI
 VEN. Cash\, Check or Credit Card are accepted at the time of 
 Pick up.  A returned check for non sufficient funds will be
  a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid f
 or before the items are removed from the premises. Any invo
 ice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup wil
 l be in default. Upon default the bidder will be black liste
 d on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When 
 you place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t automati
 cally go to your max bid. The computer will automatically bi
 d up to your max in the increments specified as other bidder
 s place bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can 
 bid against the reserve. The auction will begin closing at t
 he time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute dependin
 g on size of auction\, This auction has what is called an aut
 o extend feature\, meaning the auction will not close until a
 ll bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed wit
 hin the last  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s
 ) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2
  minutes. The parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot wi
 ll be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowle
 dges that all lots were available for inspection prior to th
 e auction and\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly encourage
 d bidder to carefully inspect each lot in which the bidder h
 ad any interest to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, cond
 ition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on persona
 l inspection and not on information listed in the catalog\, o
 r otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d.
  If bidder failed to inspect any lot\, this failure to inspe
 ct\, or otherwise be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, q
 uality\, condition\, quantity\, and size will not constitute gr
 ound for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of the c
 ontract for sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctionee
 r may have made oral statements about the merchandise in a l
 ot that was purchased by bidder and which is the subject of
  a contact for sale with seller. f. Such statements do NOT c
 onstitute warranties of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be
  relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contract for
  sale. g. The entire contract for sale is embodied in these 
 written terms. h. These written terms constitute the final e
 xpression of the parties' agreement and a complete and exclu
 sive statement of the terms of the contract for sale. i. The
  IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PAR
 TICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED 
 OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this contract for
  sale and transaction and shall NOT apply to the merchandise
