 M ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O
 ’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GRO
 UP. There will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to
  the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the it
 em is taxable. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all 
 credit/debit card purchases. All items will be sold “as i
 s\, where is" and with all faults.  The bidder is responsibl
 e for examining all items. It is the Bidder’s responsibil
 ity to determine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any o
 ther determinative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits
  or refunds will be given. All items must be paid for prior 
 to removing them from the premises. The winning bidder is in
  charge of pick up on the date listed. Shipping is not avai
 lable. There will be no help available for loading. Please b
 ring your own boxes/totes to load your items in\; auction lot
 s will not be boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picked u
 p during scheduled pickup times. Any items not picked up wil
 l be charged to credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 t
 o transport back to O’Connor Auction Group business office
 . Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are con
 sidered forfeited and become property of O’Connor Auction 
 Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, Check or Credit Card
  are accepted at the time of Pick up.  A returned check for
  non sufficient funds will be a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All
  merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items are remove
 d from the premises. Any invoice which is not paid by the en
 d of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon default t
 he bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group a
 uctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the current
  bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The c
 omputer will automatically bid up to your max in the increme
 nts specified as other bidders place bids or\, in the event o
 f a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. The au
 ction will begin closing at the time listed\, at the rate of 
 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auction\, This auct
 ion has what is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the a
 uction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfie
 d. If any bids are placed within the last  minute of the it
 ems closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes unti
 l the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties uncondit
 ionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH AL
 L FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were availab
 le for inspection prior to the auction and\, by these terms\, 
 auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to carefully inspect e
 ach lot in which the bidder had any interest to determine th
 e lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity and size. c. Bi
 dder relied solely on personal inspection and not on informa
 tion listed in the catalog\, or otherwise provided by Auction
 eer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect a
 ny lot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherwise be fully infor
 med as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, an
 d size will not constitute ground for any claim\, adjustment\,
  refund\, termination of the contract for sale\, or refusal to
  close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral statements
  about the merchandise in a lot that was purchased by bidder
  and which is the subject of a contact for sale with seller
 . f. Such statements do NOT constitute warranties of any kin
 d by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and are
  NOT part fo the contract for sale. g. The entire contract f
 or sale is embodied in these written terms. h. These written
  terms constitute the final expression of the parties' agree
 ment and a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of 
 the contract for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT
 ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER 
 WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EX
 CLUDED from this contract for sale and transaction and shall
  NOT apply to the merchandise that is subject of this sale.
