 ING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGA
 L AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC
 .\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer p
 remium and sales tax added to the final bid price. The buyer
 ’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There will be a 
 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purchases. Al
 l items will be sold “as is\, where is" and with all fault
 s.  The bidder is responsible for examining all items. It 
 is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition\, age
 \, genuineness\, value or any other determinative factor. ALL
  SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. All 
 items must be paid for prior to removing them from the premi
 ses. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the date 
 listed. Shipping is not available. There will be no help av
 ailable for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to lo
 ad your items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of ti
 me. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pickup times
 . Any items not picked up will be charged to credit card on 
 file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor 
 Auction Group business office. Any items remaining after 30 
 days of auction close are considered forfeited and become pr
 operty of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVE
 N. Cash\, Check or Credit Card are accepted at the time of Pi
 ck up.  A returned check for non sufficient funds will be a
  fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for
  before the items are removed from the premises. Any invoic
 e which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will 
 be in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed 
 on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When yo
 u place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t automatica
 lly go to your max bid. The computer will automatically bid 
 up to your max in the increments specified as other bidders 
 place bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bi
 d against the reserve. The auction will begin closing at the
  time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending 
 on size of auction\, This auction has what is called an auto 
 extend feature\, meaning the auction will not close until all
  bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed withi
 n the last  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) 
 will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 
 minutes. The parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will
  be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledg
 es that all lots were available for inspection prior to the 
 auction and\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged 
 bidder to carefully inspect each lot in which the bidder had
  any interest to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, condit
 ion\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal 
 inspection and not on information listed in the catalog\, or 
 otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. I
 f bidder failed to inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect
 \, or otherwise be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, qua
 lity\, condition\, quantity\, and size will not constitute grou
 nd for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of the con
 tract for sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer 
 may have made oral statements about the merchandise in a lot
  that was purchased by bidder and which is the subject of a
  contact for sale with seller. f. Such statements do NOT con
 stitute warranties of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be r
 elied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contract for s
 ale. g. The entire contract for sale is embodied in these wr
 itten terms. h. These written terms constitute the final exp
 ression of the parties' agreement and a complete and exclusi
 ve statement of the terms of the contract for sale. i. The I
 MPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTI
 CULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR
  IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this contract for s
 ale and transaction and shall NOT apply to the merchandise t
