 . BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BIN
 DING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba Oâ
 €™CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer premium an
 d sales tax added to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee 
 is taxable if the item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% conv
 enience fee for all credit/debit card purchases. All items w
 ill be sold “as is\, where is" and with all faults.  The 
 bidder is responsible for examining all items. It is the Bi
 dder’s responsibility to determine condition\, age\, genuine
 ness\, value or any other determinative factor. ALL SALES AR
 E FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. All items mus
 t be paid for prior to removing them from the premises. The 
 winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the date listed. 
 Shipping is not available. There will be no help available f
 or loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load your i
 tems in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Items
  need to be picked up during scheduled pickup times. Any ite
 ms not picked up will be charged to credit card on file and 
 a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Auction G
 roup business office. Any items remaining after 30 days of a
 uction close are considered forfeited and become property of
  O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, 
 Check or Credit Card are accepted at the time of Pick up.  
 A returned check for non sufficient funds will be a fee of $
 30.00. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before 
 the items are removed from the premises. Any invoice which i
 s not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in def
 ault. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on O’Co
 nnor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a
  max bid the current bid price doesn’t automatically go to
  your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to you
 r max in the increments specified as other bidders place bid
 s or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against
  the reserve. The auction will begin closing at the time lis
 ted\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size o
 f auction\, This auction has what is called an auto extend fe
 ature\, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding 
 parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the las
 t  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will rese
 t to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. 
 The parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold 
 "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that a
 ll lots were available for inspection prior to the auction a
 nd\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to
  carefully inspect each lot in which the bidder had any inte
 rest to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quan
 tity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspectio
 n and not on information listed in the catalog\, or otherwise
  provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder 
 failed to inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or othe
 rwise be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, con
 dition\, quantity\, and size will not constitute ground for an
 y claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of the contract for
  sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have 
 made oral statements about the merchandise in a lot that was
  purchased by bidder and which is the subject of a contact 
 for sale with seller. f. Such statements do NOT constitute w
 arranties of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upo
 n by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contract for sale. g. T
 he entire contract for sale is embodied in these written ter
 ms. h. These written terms constitute the final expression o
 f the parties' agreement and a complete and exclusive statem
 ent of the terms of the contract for sale. i. The IMPLIED WA
 RRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PUR
 POSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\,
  ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this contract for sale and t
 ransaction and shall NOT apply to the merchandise that is su
